Our Repair Department

ON THE SPOT ADJUSTMENTS & EMERGENCY REPAIRS

Wood, Wind & Reed always have a repairer on site to assess repairs and where possible carry out any small adjustments on the spot.

For all other smaller repairs we will aim to have the instrument ready for collection within one working week, or a repairer will advise if they feel the instrument requires a larger repair such as a service.

Should you need an emergency repair then please come into the shop or contact Tim, and we will do our best to help you.

There is a minimum repair charge of £9.75 including V.A.T.

Wood, Wind and Reed aim to make buying and owning an instrument easy and enjoyable. We choose the best products available to save you time and money. All instruments are tested and adjusted before sale and our reputation for pre and post sales service is the envy of our trade.

With such an extensive catalogue we do not promise to keep all goods in stock all the time. We do keep about 9000 titles of music in stock, hundreds of ligatures, double reeds, cleaners, cases and other accessories we can therefore get the majority of orders dispatched within 48 hours.

Our extensive selection of student and professional instruments will require final inspection, adjustment and testing so please allow around 5 working days for dispatch.
