Wood, Wind and Reed usually use Interlink Courier service and the Royal Mail Packet Post delivery service for all UK deliveries. Overseas delivery is made through Royal Mail overseas services or other international couriers.

All high value items will be sent using a "sign for" service. That requires you to be available to receive and sign for the item or be prepared to re-arrange delivery. However helpful the couriers would like to be, they are unable to put items "in the greenhouse" or whatever. Thank you for your co-operation on this matter.

With such an extensive catalogue we do not promise to keep all goods in stock all the time. We do keep about 8000 titles of music in stock, hundreds of ligatures, double reeds, cleaners, cases and other accessories we can therefore get the majority of orders dispatched within 48 hours. Our extensive selection of student and professional instruments will require final inspection, adjustment and testing so please allow around 5 working days for dispatch.

The charge for shipping is as follows for all U.K. mainland destinations

Accessories and Instruments sent to mainland UK destinations will cost between £3.95 to £15. The exact cost will be given in the checkout part of the website.

All deliveries outside the UK mainland will be price separately at cost.
