Son breaks daughter's clarinet reed Friday afternoon - wife calls "Reeds-Direct" Friday afternoon - box of new reeds arrives Saturday morning - mum happy reed arrived - daughter unhappy weekend practice back on - son very unhappy gets no ice-cream all weekend for breaking reed - dad very happy cos mom is happy - problem sorted. Just to let you know how impressed I have been with your fantastic service!! I phoned on Tuesday to talk a bit about ligatures for my alto sax. Thomas was most helpful and considerate- what an ambassador for your company simply coming to the phone. I called again later in the day, around 4.30pm to order. Dear Mr Bangham, I would like to thank you on behalf of my son, for organising the Sax Day at Kesgrave. My sone is a quiet lad, who sometimes lacks a bit of confidence especially when within a group of people. Therefore, I was thrilled to see that he really enjoyed getting involved with the whole day's events and overcame any reservations he may have had before arriving. He has not stopped talking about it and I believe that he has realised that standing up in front of other like minded people of all ages performing a solo is actually very exciting rather than daunting. He told me on the way home that he would have liked to continue, he obviously got a taste of performing during Richard Inghams master class. Please could you pass on our gratitude to Mr Dryer-Beers, Mr Ingham and everyone involved in organising this event, it was inspiring to be present with all those talented people….From Martyn

With such an extensive catalogue we are not able to keep all goods in stock all the time. We do keep hundreds of ligatures, double reeds, cleaners, cases and other accessories in stock and we can therefore dispatch the majority of orders within 48 hours.

Our extensive selection of student and professional instruments are given a final inspection, adjustment and test before they are dispatched so please allow around 5 working days for dispatch.
