Silverstein Prelude ligature for tenor sax (small). Silver T-frame, black cord.

The Silverstein Prelude ligature, with its unique T-frame design, will help bring out the best in your reed, mouthpiece, instrument, and overall sound. It will enhance your playing through increased colour and dynamic range.

The first thing you will notice is how free the reed becomes. This difference can also be seen in laboratory comparison tests that clearly show the much more defined harmonic partials of this ligature, indicating a richer, fuller sound.

The main screw has a unique mechanism to convert turning torque to pushing force. By tightening less, the sound gets darker and a reed vibrates more.

Fits small-size tenor sax mouthpieces.
Ligature only.
