Ideal for an enthusiastic, hardworking musician who would thrive in a strong customer focused environment and take pride in their contribution to this growing business.
- Part time: Monday, Tuesday and Saturday 09.30 - 17.30
- There is the option to also work on further days.
- Front of House Sales and Mail Order Processing
- To provide a front of house sales service to Wood, Wind & Reeds’ customers face to face, by phone and internet.
- The position will involve dealing with all incoming phone enquires, taking sales yourself and allocating the calls where necessary to the correct member of staff.
- Acting as sales assistant to customers visiting the shop.
- Packing and despatching orders.
- Goods In processing
- Sales of instruments and other administrative projects including joining in with general housekeeping and stock control.
