What we say; Harry Hartmann synthetic alto saxophone reed with added carbon.
Alternating layers of carbon and synthetic hollow fibers in a resin substrate create a reed with rich overtones with a sound spectrum that is bigger compared to the regular hollow fiber Fiberreed. The low register is fat, the high notes are screaming, with a convincing presence.
Despite sometimes acquiring a ÕtornÕ look to the tip of the reed they still work very well and last a very long time
